Archer Western Contractors and Granite Construction Company comprise the
Raleigh-Durham Roadbuilders Joint Venture Team for the North Carolina Turnike
Authority Western Wake Freeway Design-Build Project.
The LPA Group of North Carolina, p.a. will serve as lead Design Consultant to the team,
providing civil and structural engineering design and construction support for the project. LPA has engaged the services of Design Subconsultants, which are specialist firms to provide survey, hydraulics, permitting, roadway design and geotechnical services.
Volkert & Associates, Inc will provide Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services.
